Zumba Gold 💛💺
Is a lower-impact, easy-to-follow version of Zumba designed for active older adults, beginners, or anyone wanting a gentler pace, giving you the option of standing or sitting. It focuses on improving balance, mobility, coordination, and cardiovascular health while keeping the fun, energetic Zumba vibe.
